(dba Aria Health) (“Aria Health”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) may obtain when you use our website and all related web pages, hosted under the URL www.ariahealth.com (Aria Website), as well as when you interact with us through our social media channels, such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn (Aria Social Media). The Aria Website is operated by Aria Health.

Use of the Aria Website is governed by our Terms of Use. Our servers are located in the United States, and any Personal Information you provide to us will be processed in the United States. The Aria Website is intended only for United States users.

When you access the Aria Website with a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, and other similar tracking mechanisms to automatically collect information about browsing activity, type of device and similar information within our Services. Pixel Tags. Pixel tags (sometime called web beacons or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. While cookies are stored locally on your device, pixel tags are embedded invisibly within web pages and online content. We may use these, in connection with our Service to, among other things, track the activities of users, and help us manage content and compile usage statistics. Third-Party Analytics and Tools. We use third party tools, such as Google Analytics, which are operated by third party companies. We may obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the Aria Website. For example, we may collect Personal Information from our commerce partner. The categories of information we collect from other sources include:

SOCIAL MEDIA
The Aria Website may allow you to engage with social media services, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram (“Social Networks”), and widgets such as a “Share this” button or Social Media timeline that run on our Website or which link from Social Networks to our Website (“Social Functions”). These Social Functions may access, collect, and integrate with your Social Network accounts and information. For example, these Social Functions may collect your IP address, identify which page you are visiting on our website, or set a cookie. If you choose to use these Social Functions, you may be sharing certain Social Network profile elements with us, including your name, birthday (month/day), comments, contacts, email address, or photos. This sharing is subject to each Social Network’s own privacy policy and terms of use. We do not control those Social Networks or your profiles on those services. Additionally, from time to time, we may post Aria Social Media content on Social Networks, or may invite the public to interact with Aria Social Media (for example, through the use of a certain hashtag). You agree that if you interact with Aria Social Media, you give us permission to use that interaction in further Aria Social Media on the same Social Network (for example, by replying to your post, or reposting it on Aria Social Media). We will not use your interactions with Aria Social Media in other Social Networks or for other purposes outside of Social Media, without your consent.

SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may share Personal Information with service providers, who will process it on behalf of us for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use (“Service Providers”). Service Providers include, but are not limited to, IT service providers, e-commerce platform hosting services, banks, credit card companies, brokers, suppliers of Durable Medical Equipment, shipping and logistics providers, training providers, survey service providers, investigators, and data hosting providers and custodians.
We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of ResMed, Inc. To facilitate our business operations, and to support the services that we provide, including the Aria Website, we may also share Personal Information with ResMed, Inc. or other companies that are members of the ResMed group.
These Service Providers have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Google Ads (AdWords)
Google Ads (AdWords) remarketing service is provided by Google Inc.

Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Aria Website. To support this activity we use service providers for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
Information we provide directly to our payment processors is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your Choices
If you do not wish to receive marketing emails from us or do not otherwise want your information to be used for marketing purposes, you can opt out by following the instructions provided in the marketing emails, or by otherwise contacting us at privacy@ariahealth.com. Opting out of marketing will not affect our administrative emails to you (e.g., emails about your transactions or policy changes).
If you no longer want to provide us information through the Aria App, you may uninstall the Aria App from your device.
Do Not Track Signals
Some web browsers or smartphones have the ability to set “Do Not Track” requests to block user activity from being tracked across web pages or devices. The Aria Website does not recognize “Do Not Track” browser signals.
California Privacy Rights
This section of the Privacy Notice provides additional information for California residents pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”). This section applies to “personal information” as defined in the CCPA, whether collected online or offline. Exercising Your Rights

Verification. Before responding to your request, we must first verify your identity using the Personal Information you recently provided to us. You must provide us with your name and email address. We will take steps to verify your request by matching the information provided by you with the information we have in our records. In some cases, we may request additional information in order to verify your identity, or where necessary to process your request. If we are unable to verify your identity after a good faith attempt, we may deny the request and, if so, will explain the basis for the denial.
Response Timing and Format. We will acknowledge receipt of your privacy request within ten (10) days. We endeavor to substantively respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If we cannot respond to your request, either fully or partially, we will also explain our reasons. For data access requests, we will deliver the data in a readily, useable format. Where permitted under the CCPA, we may charge you a reasonable fee to process your request.
California “Shine the Light” law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as California’s “Shine the Light” law, permits residents of California to request certain details about information we may disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
